WABMS also offers the specialist services of our in-house drafting team to assist in any Design and Construct works for our clients from retaining walls through to detailed commercial & industrial, fully engineered and certified drawings.
Our design team is both experienced and efficient in providing excellent quality documents for large maintenance issues and projects, and is fully up to date on relevant BCA/NCC and Australian Standards requirements.
At WABMS we stride to keep our clients well informed about the progress of their project, throughout the whole project the team at WABMS are dedicated to the project. If during the project interruptions occur we will inform the client with 24 hours and include what is being done to rectify the interruption.
Key Customer Service Personnel
Mr Karapetkov is the Managing Director for Glory Construction, Rosemount Homes and West Australian Building Maintenance Services; Lance is the founder and backbone of WABMS. The charisma and effort that Lance brings into the construction industry truly reflects in the rapport that develops between our team at WABMS and our cherished clients. As Managing Director, Lance believes in continuous, direct client liaison and stands firm behind his saying (“Do It Once, Do It Right”). This is where your experience with West Australian Building Maintenance Services is different to the rest. his responsibilities are to oversee every project from start to finish. Lance is a registered builder and also a licensed plumber and gas fitter with extensive experience in all these areas.
Mr Matthew Nicolaou is the Maintenance Manager for WABMS; Matthew is qualified in many fields of building maintenance with over 10 years’ experience specialising in Maintenance, New Builds, and Renovations. Matthew has an eye for quality, he supervises our other maintenance trade with the same eye.
Val has been using MYOB since 1996 and has undertaken such duties as accounts payable, accounts receivable, monthly reports to trial balance, end of year reports, system reconciliations, BAS, IAS, Salary Sacrifice, taxation matters.
She is fully conversant in Budget analysis, reviewing the budgetary requirements of the Organization and making recommendations on the appropriation of funding levels and revenue.
She handles the Office Management side of our business.
The Companies she has have worked for are: Non- for profit, Security, Cleaning, Mining, Electrical, Plumbing, Earthmoving, IT, Panel & Paint, Building Residential and Construction, Air- conditioning, Freight/Transport, Government and runs her own book keeping business. To name some of the few.
